SHOPPING INFORMATION
  • All of our products are made to order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when your order is placed. We do not hold excess inventory. 
  • How Do The Shirts/Hoodies Fit?  We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women cut fitted tees  RUN SMALL. Please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. There are also size charts available in the products descriptions. 
  • How Long Will It Take To Get My D'VINE FAVOR Package? Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days for processing and shipment. Most orders are received before this time frame. Please note that items are custom made with love :) and will take time to make. We cannot expedite orders at this time. 
ORDERS  
  • How Do I Place An Order? Add your favorite products and click my cart to checkout! There are several payment options available for your convenience. 
  • How Can I Cancel or Change My Order? Each order starts production immediately after your order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Order changes are not guaranteed as orders begin processing immediately. 
  • Can I Place An Order Over The Phone? At this time, our website is the only way to place an order
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
  • Our Return/ Exchange policy lasts 15 days, if your item is defective or damaged.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  • No sale items may be returned.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it's orginal packaging. Before returning your item(s) please contact us via email at dvinefavorcustomercare@gmail.com 
  • Non-returnable/ exchanged items: Gift cards and personalized / custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  •  We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
SHIPPING POLICY
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: 
  • The Shipment method you choose. 
  • The destination (location) the package will be shipped to. 
  • The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package. 
  • Please note: During holiday peak seasons shipping times may vary
  • Upon completion of checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
